Lexa's Fitness Corner - Program #3 - Flexibility - July, 2017

Hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds up to 1.5 minutes.

Rotational Stretch - Glutes, Abductors, Low Back
 Core Strength - Quadriceps/Low Back
 Groin Stretch/Butterfly Stretch - Groin/Adductors
 Hip Flexor Stretch - Hip Flexors/Quadriceps
 Hamstring Stretch - Gastrocnemius/Hamstrings
