Hold each stretch for a minimum of 30 seconds to a minute and a half.

Hamstring Stretch
 Glute and Hamstring Stretch
 Calf Stretch #1
 Hip Extensors and Glute Stretch
 Groin and Adductor Stretch
 Calf Stretch #2
 Quadriceps Stretch
 Hamstring Stretch Progression
 Hamstring and Calf (Gastrocnemius) Stretch
 Hip Extensor and Glute Stretch
