Just like the song.  On day one, complete the first exercise.  On day two, complete the second exercise and the first.  And so on and so forth.

5 Butterfly Sit Ups
6 Tricep Push Ups
7 Bent Leg Crunches
8 High Knees
9 Standard Push Ups
10 Jumping Jacks
11 Raised Leg Crunches
12 Mountain Climbers (per leg)
