Sumo Squat x 30
Focus on form, keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
Squat Hold Progression x 5 movements x 30 repetitions
Adapt body to multiple positions.
Maintain form.
Standard Squat x 30
Focus on foot placement, breathing, straight back and flexion.
