Pelvic Lift with Leg Isolation x 30
 Ultimate Stretch (Hamstring, Quadriceps, Groin and Hip Flexors) x 10/side
 Calf Raises with Deficit x 30
 Side Plank with Leg Raise x 30 (15 per side)
 Raised Leg Toe Touches x 15/side
 Butterfly Sit Up x 30
 Double Leg Raises x 30
 Lunge Hold x 30 seconds per side
