 Pelvic Lift x 30
 Body Fold Basic (left bottom) and Body Fold Advanced (right bottom) x 30
 Russian Twists x 20 per side
 Isolated Pelvic Lift x 20 per side
 Isolated Pelvic Lift on Medicine Ball x 15 per side
 Isolated Leg Push Up x 20
