Basketball - Winter Break Program

Basketball Pre Season Training Program
- complete workout 4-5 times per week until the end of the winter break.

20 Jumping Jacks
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Push Ups
20 Calf Raises
20 Jump Squats
10 Lunges (per side)
20 Sumo (Wide) Squats

Repeat Twice (2 Sets)
