Coach Training - May 17

Run Day - Welcome to the Start of a 5km Run.

Walk 30 seconds, run 30 seconds for 10 minutes.

Walk 30 seconds, run 1 minute for 12 minutes or 6 rounds.

Walk 30 seconds, run 30 seconds for 4 minutes.

Walk 5 minutes to cool down.
