Circuit Training - 10 Stations - 4 Rounds - 1 minute per station - 30 seconds rest in between

1. Decline Push Ups

2. Squats with Squat Pulse

3. Plank Jack Push Ups

4. Updated Crunch

5. Bench Dips

6. Flutter Kicks

7. Switch Lunges

8. Plank Shoulder Touches

9. Sumo Squats

10. Tricep Push Ups
