Three (3) Rounds

Band Resistant Pitching Exercise x 20 per side
 Bench Step Up x 10 per side
 Four Point Core Isolation x 10 per side
 BOSU Half Ball Squats x 20 per side
Pitching Warm Up - Legs (Knee Pull, Hamstring Stretch, Lunge) x 10 per side
 Active Bench Step Ups with Knee Thrust x 10 per side
 Butterfly Sit Ups x 20 (soles of your feet together)
