2A- Dumbbell Biceps Curls x 10
2B - Skull Crushers x 15
3A - Triceps Extensions x 10
3B - Incline Seated Arm Curls x 10
4A - EZ Bar Biceps Curls x 10
4B - Triceps Kickbacks x 15 per side
5A - Weighted Bar Lunge x 15 per side
5B - Weighted Bar Squat
