#SUMMERFUNYOGA
CHALLENGE. Day 7 (and our final day ALREADY) is pick your own stretchy
pose! My go to feel good pose is #Badhakonasana #BoundAnglePose
#ButterflyPose. Isn't it such a feel good pose? Start with a tall spine,
bottoms of the feet together touching, allowing the knees to fall to
the left and right, and you decide how far or close your heels are to
your tailbone - the closer it is, the more sensation you should feel.
Maybe you lean the chest forward, use your elbows to slightly press into
your thighs, maybe drop the head down. Whatever you want! Just feel
good in your body! ️
